Nestled on the scenic coastline of Copenhagen, the structure utilizes raw, low-carbon concrete paired with native oak panels to create a tactile connection with the Nordic landscape. The layout prioritizes passive solar heating, panoramic views of the Øresund, and open-plan living zones that fluidly transition from private quarters to shared social spaces.
