A light-filled residential studio and gallery space integrated into the botanical woodland of the Dnipro riverbed, emphasizing glass transparency and timber structural frameworks.

Lumina Pavilion explores the boundary between indoor living and raw nature. Situated along the forested banks near Kyiv, the structure rises on elevated steel stilts to preserve the site’s natural topography and roots. The building is framed in cross-laminated timber (CLT) and clad in floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed panels, allowing natural light to penetrate the entire depth of the residence throughout the seasons. With a concealed HVAC system integrated into the raised floor grid, the interior maintains a clean, hyper-minimalist aesthetic that puts the surrounding forest view on full display.
